
Sarsha Collett
Sarsha brings more than 20 years of experience across organisational performance, strategic planning, corporate governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement. She is recognised for her leadership in building positive workplace cultures and high-performing teams, and is valued for her intelligent, capable and engaging approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Sarsha began her career in forensic medicine before moving into senior Director roles in Government, leading portfolios in public health, people and culture, governance and risk. More recently, she has applied her expertise in the veterinary industry, providing strategic and operational leadership of a specialist emergency and referral veterinary hospital.
She holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and a Master of Public Health from Monash University and has completed an executive education program at Harvard Business School. Sarsha is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Risk Management Institute of Australia. With a genuine care for wildlife, she has previously volunteered with Zoos Victoria and remains committed to improving outcomes for Australia’s native animals.
