Drive Change For Wildlife

Wildlife Victoria operates the state’s wildlife Emergency Response Service, answering calls to assist wildlife in need 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The most common reason people call Wildlife Victoria is to report wildlife hit by vehicles. Calls for road strike have increased by 24% each year for the past two years.

This winter, we are asking for your help to Drive Change for Wildlife being hit by vehicles on Victoria’s roads.

Your donation will help us respond to injured animals and it will also help to reduce the wildlife road toll through supporting our advocacy efforts, like our Wildlife Road Toll Reduction Program. This program engages with local councils with high wildlife road tolls and provides them with advice, data, and insights, and supports local councils to take action on reducing the wildlife road toll.
