Our native animals are so special. They are central to the Australian identity and play a vital role in our ecosystem.
As the seasons shift and the weather begins to cool, we’re inviting you to pause and reflect on what the future holds for wildlife here in Victoria. In the face of a changing climate and uncertainty, what kind of home do you want to see for our wildlife?
Join us in imagining a future where nature thrives—and help us Keep Tomorrow Wild.
Our Emergency Response Service operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. Our Travelling Veterinary service also operates 7 days a week.
Over 90% of our funding comes from generous donations by members of the public. We would not be able to provide these vital services without the support of our generous donors.
In the last year, with the support of our donors, we have been able to:
· Answer over 160,000 calls for help for wildlife from members of the public.
· Provide in-field assistance to over 97,000 native animals across 452 species.
· Deliver training for 346 rescue and transport volunteers to help us care for precious wildlife across our state.
· Train more operators working in our Emergency Response Service to make sure we can continue to answer calls for help, even as demand for our services grows every year.
· Provide free veterinary treatment to over 1,650 native animals in care and in the wild via our Travelling Veterinary Service.
As challenges for wildlife continue to grow, so does the demand on our Emergency Response Service, and so does the impact of your support.
Help us to Keep Tomorrow Wild by making a donation today, so we can continue to protect the delicate biodiversity of our beautiful natural environment.
