Exudative Dermatitis

PDF Print

Wildlife Victoria volunteers have recently rescued a young female common brushtail possum from one of the parks in the CBD and have had a confirmed case of exudative dermatitis.  This disease, although prevalent in the northern states, does not seem to have been confirmed in Victoria up till this point.

For wildlife carers, particularly those in areas highly populated by BT possums, we have attached these photos (thanks to Anne Fowler).
