Manfred Zabinskas has been rescuing wildlife for over 15 years. This training day will give you basic skills in assessment and rescue of injured wildlife. Manfred will also go through different equipment that you will need to carry out rescues. This is a  course and comes highly recommended from Wildlife Victoria for all new rescuers and as a great refresher for more experienced people.

Time: 10am - 5pm
Venue: Phillip Island Nature Park, Phillip Island.

The training will take place in the Environment Pod meeting room. Drive to the penguin parade and before you reach the roundabout where you turn off the carpark you take a turn to your left down a track. There is a blue sign which says 'research, education, environment'- follow the track down and there is a carpark and there will be signs directing people to the appropriate building. There will also put signs out on the road on the day.
